| Who are we? |
| The school was founded by Clive Marshall who trained as a Deocrative Painter at 17 years old under the guidance of James Smart. one of the greatest post war decorative painters. Clive was always being asked by people where they could learn the decorative paintwork skills such as ragging, dragging, marbleizing, Trompe L'Oeil, distressing, Tortoiseshell, Gesso (on walls), Gilding and man other effects , so he decided to start running courses teaching students the art of Decorative Paintwork. |
